Vokera Combi boiler running hot water really slowly

We have a boiler around 2 years old no problems until lately when ever the water runs for hots it runs really slow and if you have another hot tap running no water comes out. The cold water runs very very fast.

Any ideas

It took nearly 20 min to get a half inch of water in the bath

Help please
