Laminate Flooring

Hi - I'm hoping a DIY guru out there can help...

I wan't to put some laminate down in the bedroom, but there's a step down to the landing which I can't laminate. Can you get shaped pieces for such area's?

Also does anyone know where I can get some deals on dark wood laminate?

I'm in Nottingham area if anyone knows local places

Living in the U.S., I can't help you with locations, however, you should find, at any good DIY source, several different types and designs of "transition" pieces. These are the same design and color of the laminate you choose and whose purpose, as the name implies, is to transition from the laminate flooring to, perhaps carpeting or even the landing you describe. Ask them to show you various kinds... Best of luck!
