Not sure what topic to put this in but can anyone give me figures on how good our country is at recycling compared to other countries. I have looked on the internet but found nothing! Also any other statistics about recycling in the uk would help. Thanks in advance.

I don't know the straight answer but have you tried your local library ? You can also try speaking to your local council who will have an office dedicated to recycling - the people working there are often a very dedicated lot who have their finger on the pulse especially since they are under pressure to meet targets. Thus they will know how they compare with other councils and the national average and from there it is a short hop to the relevant ministry and on to the world at large.
