Sorry if this is wrong category, Sky phoned me today to cancel tomorrows installation of my HD box, less than 24 hours notice, very shabby i thought, do i not have a cotract with them as regards the installation date please?

Mr Sense was Mr Incensed for a good couple of hours after the phone call especially as we had twice rearranged having a new wooden floor laid, they were less than helpful. Vicky Pollard on the phone pushed him over the edge !!!! Turns out they are having issue with the volume of uptake ( I know - someone organised the appointments, they should have had a count up! )and there were no boxes avaliable to keep the first appointment. If it helps the second appointment was kept ( six days later ) and the picture on it is fabby when hd is avaliable. The night before the floor was laid had to roll in old rear projection Sony tv, for a couple of hours. Plasma safely stored away! and I felt that I had cateracts ( no offence meant) ) It is amazing how quickly you adapt and something becomes your new normal.
