I want to replace the skirting in a bay window with new MDF skiritng. The radius 1.33 metres. I know flexible MDF sheets are available but these are only 6mm thick so I wouldn't be able to rout any sort of shape onto it, besides 6mm is too thin for my purpose.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I put a saw cut through the back about every three inches and then used water to bend it. I had to weight it down in just the right place (fortunately I had a large puddle in the garden which was right next to a wall) whilst in the water and it took a loooong time to actually get it to fit. I'm talking about three or four days to get it to the right amount of curviness.
It is a very time consuming process but it does look the dog's now.
