renting out property

Not sure if this is the right section, but - I am taking on a second home to rent out and I have been told I need to ensure there is a cooker in place if there is a gas point in the kitchen. Any body know if this is true?

Hi, you don't have to supply a cooker,just a point so that a cooker can be connected,gas or electric or both up to you, the site Ethel has put will probably give all the advice you need, Ray
