what is a leasehold property? ours is amobile home, we own the building but pay ground rent, so really this a freehold property isnt it? thankyou.

no its not because you dont own the land

No, it's freehold if you own the land your building is situated on, if you pay ground rent then it will be leasehold as you don't actually own the land you just lease it.
