Hosepipe ban - Tescos Jet Wash

Even though there is a hosepipe ban, there are a lot of company still offering a valeting service. Some large tescos stores have a self-service jet wash. Are these tescos ones still usable or have they been switched off??

I think that if the car washes (automatic or self-service) have a water recycling system then you will find a lot are allowed to remain open. But I'm unable to answer your question about Tesco's being usable.
