The pet one Hoover

Has anyone else got the Hoover The Pet one.? my daughter has one but it is so hard to push, should it be like this.?

I haven't got the same hoover as you have mentioned but I had a similar thing happen to mine just recently - had only had it for a few weeks & when I went to use it again, it was hard to push & wasn't picking up as well as it did. On investigation, the rubber drive belt had snapped so I replaced it & now its fine. Just a thought that it might be that? hope this helps
