My fiance and I have been looking into the idea of moving into a park chalet.
Does anyone know how to find out about this?
Can anyone recommend parks around the winchester area?
How much is it likely to cost to do this?

I suggest you make an appointment to have a look and have a good chat with the estate agent about the pros and cons.

Chalet homes tend to devalue, site fees increase, and I'm not at all sure if you would be able to get a mortgage.

There are usually lots of rules and restrictions - some find these reassuring, others find them 'petty'.

On some sites there is very much a 'committee' community that can be intrusive or overbearing.
