Cleaning laminate flooring

Hi, I have recently had my kitchen walls plastered, however some fo the plaster has stuck to my laminate floor. I have tried everything i can think of but it won't come off. Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Sounds like it is the underneath grey coloured carlite bonding stuff, as the lighter fawn coat should wipe away with hot water. It's a beggar to shift I had some stuck on a surface that was not good to just attack, so I saturated around the base with wd 40 and nibbled at it over a long period. This might not be suitable for laminate flooring tho'. Wd 40 is dead cheap for two tins at cosco if you know anyone who shops there. Please proceed with caution what ever course of action you decide to persue.
