I know somebody at the moment who ordered a bathroom and a kitchen from then, and they fobbed her over and over again, she has waited nearly 2 months for the appliances etc to arrive, and that is after numerous calls, going into the department stores and speaking with the managers.
She was so disappointed with the level of customer help, that she is taking further action with regards same.
I cannot advise what you can do, unless you go into the store and speak to the manager, and express your concerns. See if that helps in any way.
