Just changed my bath tap's and cant get one of the joints to stop leaking.

Hi,

Depends where the leak is.

If it's on a threaded connection make sure the nut has not been cross threaded, it should be quite easy to tighten by hand and a spanner used for possibly only the last turn.
If it still leaks at that point try winding some PTFE tape around the thread or even a bit of mastic should seal it.

If any plastic fittings are involved, I think they are far more likely than metal to cross-thread.

Undo the nut and check the fibre washer is in place between the tap connector and tap. PTFE is not required on the threaded part of the tap.
