Scented Shrubs

I am looking for a shrub with a strong scent to plant in a pot. Any ideas please?

For summer scent there are plenty of fragrant bush roses on the market, or why not try a dwarf Philadelphus (mock orange). For spring Viburnum juddii has a strong scent or Choisya or for winter what about Saracocca or Skimmia.
