VELUX is a window manufacturer, not a type of glass.

The Velux company is best known for their roof window design which is in reality a modern skylight and vastly superior to traditional designs. They are always double glazed and incorporate a vent, tilting type of opening and a proprietary blind as an optional extra. It would not surprise me if you can stipulate non-standard glass, such as toughened, tinted or "K" glass.
