Whirly/rotary line

I have a whirly/rotary line - one of the outer lines has become very loose, it is only a few weeks old.

Any ideas how to tightem it up again? I know how to toghten all the lines at once, but this one doesnt go along with the rest, it just hangs there

Please help!!

On ours this happens because the line on one segment has pulled the slack from adjacent segments. I fix it by shuffling the line back through the little clips, to even out the slack.
