B & Q laminate flooring

Just bought some Floormaster Aqualoc laminate flooring. Rang up a company for a quote to fit it, they asked where we had bought it from, when we said B & Q they said they wouldn't fit it as they had come across problems with it. Has anyone bought any & encountered any problems?

I have got my laminate flooring online and quality wise was better, the sort of thing you find in a specialized shop, a branded laminate floor
