I have some sort of animal/s that are fouling my garden every night. Looks like raw mince texture and is dark, and is getting worse every night. Does anybody what it is and how I can stop it happening. I have dogs so it needs to be a pet friendly solution please

It could be foxes, in which case there is probably little you can do as they're searching for food. I'm told that human urine is a deterrent - whether you fancy piddling into a bottle and then distributing it around your garden is another queson.
Hi thanks for all your help. Definitely not vomit though. Hopefully it is hedgehogs then and they'll soon be gone but if anyone has any tips on how to deter them I'd be grateful for next year. Just taken dogs out and noticed that whatever it is, it's everywhere, so don't be quite so alone now....!?!?!
Right..............my neighbour has had a look and reckons it's worms!!!! Which is why I have lovely soil???? I cannot believe they would cause such disruption, and to be honest would rather have crap grass than all this mess!! Confused...............you bet I am............I await your suggestions
PS. I don't think its worms too much mess for something so small

You'd be surprised how many worm casts you can get in one garden.
Gardeners buy them to feed the earth, so you are lucky.
