Hi Ronnie 3 ,Your local council will be able to supply this info if you have only just moved in to the property if not answer from catso is the obvious.

thanks guys i'm on a pre-payment meter so do not get bills but i have not had my meters read for over 18mths and i cant remember whom i'm with oh well
