I am thinking of replacing my washing machine and tumble drye for a washer dryer but don't know anyone who has got a washer dryer to know if they are any good.
Has anyone got one and could let me know how they get on with it and any tips in what to look for when buying one.
I have one and have never had any bother with it. On mine, if u set the dryer timer when it is washing it automatically goes onto dry. It's good to put it on before you go to work or if you have cheap electric at night you can put it on at bed-time.
Always had a washer/dryer and the best thing to look out for on them is the drum size due to the fact they don`t dry as much as a regular dryer. Just got a new LG one and seems a decent bit of kit
We bought a top of the range Bosch 15 years ago and touch wood have had no problems with it. As we have a small kitchen it certainly saves on space. It is very reliable I believe because the spin speed accelerates from a low value and ensures the drum is balanced with clothes before getting to maximum revs.
I've had one for over ten years now, principally because I don't thave space for two machines, and I'm happy. The only snag I can see is if you need to wash a lot more than I do, because while it's drying, it does stop you washing.
I had one but the drier side of it went wrong after about 5yrs . The washing machine side was still working ok.
We bought a seperate drier and put it in the garage. When we moved house we kept the seperate appliances but I do miss my washer dryer. As soon as something goes wrong with this washing machine I will definately get another one.
