I have a Bosch Classixx slimline dishwasher that has begun making a whistling sound midway through the cycle and continues to the end. The dishwasher appears to be working ok otherwise. Can anyone suggest what may be the cause and a possible remedy.

I have just had a cleaning problem with my dishwasher - not Bosch - but this might help. I took out the rotating water dispenser thingies and thoroughly cleaned them - I was getting a slight whistle, the contents were not cleaning properly, streaky and gritty. I found bits of sweetcorn stuck right in the end of the water jet holes that you couldn't see without getting them out. I cleaned it out and it's all working happiily again. Good Luck.
