if i cut ivy now and spray it, will it preserve it for xmas decs or shrivel and die

Hi again loopy, I would wait till nearer Christmas depending on what you are going to do with it, especially if its not going to be in water. cheers skylight

Will it be near C/H or a fire?
if you cut it then put the ends in a glycerin mix it will aborb it and hold the leaves better.
But I'd wait a bit too
