Has anybody got any good tips for cleaning off the water marks on a shower screen and door ? I use Shower Spray after showering but it does not do the job competely. And when my husband has his shower very early inthe morning he forgets to use it anyway !!!!!
i use 'kaboom' first to remove the soap scum, then 'windowlene' (with kitchen roll) is amazing for a streak-free finish. I only do this once a week though, and use a window squeegy to remove water from the shower every day - don't bother with shower spray - doesn't work!
B & Q sell something called Limescale Remover Wipes, they are just like a wet wipe and quite cheap, I tend to use these a couple of times a week in between a really good clean just to stop the build up as we live in a hard water area. I find using a microfibre cloth to dry the shower after I have used it tends to stop the marks as well (not always practical though as it takes a while and normally in a hurry)
I think good `ole Washing Up Liquid on a sponge does the job. I found the shower spray thingies can make the shower tray slippy if sprayed by accident.
Cillat Bang or Limescale Remover on the glass, then wash off completely with a bath sponge and some cream cleaner. Then washing up liquid, lots of it, nice and bubbly with a sponge, then a squeegy up and down, brilliant. Cillit Bang or Limescale Remover on the chrome as well. Buff.
