hi, im doing a small project on finding new uses for old buildings and was wondering what the best way to hang a picture is that will cause minimum damage to the walls. also can you get anything sort of like a freestanding notice board but designed more for paintings, if that makes sense. thanks

ive seen these freestanding things, they used to bring them into art when i was in college and hand paintings on them for marking or something, i cant tell you much really, but atleast you know they exist
viking direct do do those display screens, which you can hang or pin painting etc from but they are very expensive. Try this link if it works other wise go to the viking-direct website and look in office furniture and then display systems.

Maybe you could get a second hand one in aution or borrow one from your local libary/museum/art college etc.

depending on how heavy the items are you can buy sticky pad and hooks now which allows you to attach and phone to a wall or hang a picture I have seen then in Staples and WH Smith. Ones like this:-

Tesa-Power Strips :

You could also use artists easels to display paintings
