would it be stupid to put a Fridge Freezer next to a radiator? I say it isnt as it is an electrical appliance which is designed to keep heat out and keep things cold but my boyfriend thinks I'm stupid.

Putting that heat exchanger near to a radiator will make the fridge have to work much harder, increasing energy consumption. If the radiator is permanently hot the fridge may fail to keep cool.
I wouldn't use the word stupid. I would perhaps say unwise.

Heathfield's comment is true- but reflects a common error.
Do NOT keep freezer in garage. Ambient temperature is low and will invalidate insurance of freezer or contents or both, whether on home contents poliocy or on freezer policy or on freezer extended warranty. If you don't believe me, read the policy terms!
