Washing Machine Problem

My washing machine has started to make a strange noise best described as a bee trapped inside it, any ideas. When in fast spin it stops.!!!

Are you sure there weren't any loose coins in trouser pockets which have fallen out or any buttons which have fallen off shirts or blouses and got caught somewhere in the mechanism?

Unfortunately if there were I wouldn't know how to advise to remove them but this probably isn't a very helpful response.

Might be a something has managed rest against the vanes of the pump.
You will have too take the pump off and check
