i had a damp cource installed in my property one and a half years ago, recently i noticed what appears to be dark green mould just above the skirting board under my bay window. i wipe it of but it comes back, there are no other marks there. could the damp be back?

Could be condensation collecting there if it's a cold north facing wall.

yes it is a cold north facing wall.

Putting a radiator on low near the wall when it's cold outside could help, (it helped our problem) no doubt somebody will have a better idea.
