I want to plant a tree of bush in my garden which flowers throughout the year. Ihave been told there is a Magnolia which flowers all year. Can anyone tel me the name or recommend an alternative?
No Magnolia that I know of flowers throughout the year. Magnolia Grandiflora will flower from spring to autumn but can take up to 25 years to start flowering. the variety Exmouth will flower in at about 10 years old. There are loads of trees and shrubs which will flower for differing lengths of time but nothing that will keep going all year. Perhaps try something that gives flowers and then berries or fruit which can give all year interest.
