The water authority had a 15mm pipe running into my home. I had this changed to 30mm. This connects into 22mm but pressure is still low. Is it because I live on a hill? What can i do to increase pressure?

You were possibly poorly advised.
Most folks don't realise there are 2 factors that control how much water flows through the pipe. The first is the static pressure. This is the pressure with no water flowing and it can be measured with a simple gauge. The water Authority generally only guarantee 1 bar of static pressure.
The second is the flow rate in litres per minute. This depends on both the static pressure and the diameters of the pipes running through the house.
Now that you have upgraded the supply pipe to the house, how much has it altered the flow rate from the kitchen tap (or other tap close to the supply infeed)?
If that's OKish but your shower isn't strong enough, installing a pump may be a solution.

Thank you. Two things. Does living on a hill affect the mains pressure? Is there some sort of pump available for increased pressure for all taps and appliances?
