Can anybody advise what could be used as an edging to a bark and log path, something that would not look too harsh..Thanks in advance for any advise

how about a roll of short logs. i think you can get them from homebase etc and they would fit in really well with the woodbark.

If you have a saw mill nearby, you can get the off-cuts from when they trim a round tree into a square, so basically half round lengths of wood, usually with bark still on, very cheap as its often just discarded!! our local saw mill charged me �5 a bundle of about 50 x 8ft lengths, they called it Slog Board!!
