how do i get superglue off my lamanated kitchen top which has set cheers

not sure about superglue but I had uhu glue on my worktop which had set hard & I removed it by using a window scraper - the thing you can buy with a blade in it. it worked a treat with me. I had to be careful whilst doing it to avoid damage but it came off completely. Thought I'd throw this idea in & hope it helps.
