Try chopping an onion or two in halve and just leave around the house. Onions absorb smells, great for removing paint smells so I would imagine it would work just as well with fish smells. And don't panic i'm sure the onion smell will soon disappear!

Looks like fish pie may be off the menu in future lol.
The smell of fish is perfectly OK. The smell of Febreeze with all its nasty chemicals isn't. Just open a few windows if it really bothers you.
I've started using these candles:

I find that they help.

Don't leave lit candles unattended.
I cannot stand these synthetic smells which are supposed to disguise odours ...open the windows !!
If you put about a tablespoonful of ordinary vinegar in a saucer and place it on a worktop before you even start to cook fish, the odour will quite rapidly be neutralised. We've had kippers virtually every Friday for breakfast for decades...the vinegar works wonders. Give it a try.
Is is possible that some fish juice (don't know the technical term) has splashed on to anything ie curtains/apron. The smell usually doesn't last longer than 24 hours
You are sure that you don't have a faulty electrical appliance aren't you?

We used to have a light in the lobby and if we left it on for too long it used to smell of fish.

The plastic that was used to make the lamp holder was the culprit.

I think its odd that the smell is still around, maybe you have some fish/bones/skin somewhere still - has something got stuck on the inside of your rubbish bin, that you maybe haven't noticed..
