broad beans

i put some broad bean plants in some ground which i had addded garden compost (rotted kitchen waste old leafs ) the plants have wilted and look sick any tips.

Did you harden them off before planting, & have you had some frost in your area?

Thank you carrust ,but i planted a identical row and these are ok8ft away but did not incorporate any compost into the soil
