Does anybody else use Freecycle and get fed up with the cheeky B*ggers who ask for a list of things in 'excellent condition', or who ask for things they will obviosuly sell or make financial gain from? It really gets my goat - if you want brand new items - buy them!!! If people are desperate for something, they dont usually care about the condition, but are grateful for the kindness of others, but there are obviously scammers and immoral gits out there trying to scab all they can for free. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me and my local freecycle?

yes i do agree with you i am sure alot of them just ask for items to sell on and the time wasters get to me as well.personally i have only made offers on the site as i hate to throw decent things away but i suppose you will always get people that abuse the site which is a shame!hopefully most of us are honest caring people.
I notice this too, someone recently asked for some baby items on our local one, but they posted pictures to the Argos website saying that the items had to be the same as those. I have only used it a couple of times, twice to give and once to receive, however both people who collected were very nice and obviously genuine.
