Magnolia

I have a Magnolia in my garden, but whilst everyone elses seem to be in flower, mine has not flowered but is in full leaf. Is this just because I have a different variety, or is it a dud? I moved here just a year ago and it didn't flower last year either.

Not 100%, but the leaves and bark look like a Magnolia.

most will not be in leaf yet unless it is an evergreen one which will flower in summer and into the autumn. If you can post a photo I can take a look.
