Grease stain

How can I remove 2 largish grease spots from the fabric cushion cover of the seat of a computer chair? The cover won't come off so I can't wash it, and it is a plain red colour so the stain really shows! Any suggestions gratefully received! Thanks.

I've used carpet n upholstery stain cleaner on mine, the mousse kind, without any ill effects.
