What flooring for a cave ?

I want to put a new floor in my cave and I fancy using stone chippings.
Can anyone tell me the best chippings to use ?

It is really a case of what you have available locally. The best place place to start is to visit a god builders merchant in your area. They usually have a selection of stone chippings. See what takes your fancy. They will usually deliver in Ton bags.

Thanks for that but do you know if it matters what sort of chippings I use and, for that matter, is it a good idea to use chippings at all ?
