Masking Tape
1 Answers
Can anyone tell me where I can get hold of the masking tape they used to use on Changing Rooms? It (if I remember correctly) had black writing on the back. I'm about to decorate my lounge and want something other than the cheap stuff readily available that won't peel paint off when removed. I know the solution is to pay for a professional but I don't want to pay out that sort of money for the inconvenience of someone taking over my house for a few days!

Apparently though ( according to Linda Barker I think!) if you use normal masking tape, just press the sticky side on your jeans or trousers or whatever before sticking to the wall, and this takes off enough of the adhesive to stop it from pulling the paint off. Don't take my word for it though - I've never tried it myself!
