I am nearly always too hot at night with a 4.5 tog duvet, except when temperatures go below freezing. Has anybody tried "Climarelle" bedding and if so does it work?

It was a cool pillow, it had like a gel inside when you buy it, you fill it with water which the gel then soaks up and then it some how 'this is when some scientist comes in' stays cool. It does get warmer during the night but for quite a while the pillow is nice a chilly.
