I was also looking a while back for these & ebay have some on offer but in the end I printed one off myself. It reads like this. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DOOR NOR DO WE NEED ANY FREE ADVICE ON SERVICES OFFERED SO PLEASE DO NOT RING OR KNOCK. Its worked pretty well really but we did have someone knock a few weeks back & my husband's comments to him (canvassing for new facia boards) that he would never buy anything from a company whose salesmen couldn't read

Get one from your local Trading Standards office - ususally found at the Town Hall or council offices!

If you belong to an active Neighbourhood Watch scheme your street coordinator might have some. Or the Trading Standards Department at your local Council.
