tile floor in shower Help Please

I puchased a home with a very large shower in the basement. the previous owners used small ceramic tiles for the floor. can I repaint these tiles ?

Probably not. The only tile paint I have seen (and used) says that it shouldn't be used in an area which is likely to be saturated in water, which obviously a shower would be.
Hello NanaK, I assume (possibly wrongly) you would like to paint the tiles because you don't like the colour or pattern? If the existing tiles are level and all fixed securely in place, you could tile over them with larger tiles. Hope this helps.
