Shower - no water

I have a Red Ring Plus 9 Extra electric shower.
The power light is on but there is no water coming through.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
Who do I need to call for repairs, a plumber or a sparkie?

It sounds most likely that the soleniod valve has failed.
Unfortunately, many plumbers will just fit another shower but if you get a good plumber, they should be able to get a spare part.
