brighthouse my rights

me and my partner have currently been customers of brighthouse for over 2 years now at the time of getting the goods we were both working and easy able to afford the payments 1 job less and another child later my partner the only bread winner is on the sick with a very serious illness and we can not afford to be paying over 220 pounds a fortnight plus costs.i have contacted them and they say there is nothing they can do to help us as we still have use of the goods other than to take them away ihave offered them half the payments each week but they say they unable to accept it as we still have the goods.i only have till summer next year to go and they are all paid for what can i do can they refuse reduced payment or take the goods help!

im not sure what your rights are but you should contact your nearest citizens advice bureau first thing in the morning and see if they can help, they may contact brighthouse on your behalf.

yhey shudnt be able to take the goods back as you are paying sumthing id check with the cab to be sure.hope u get it sorted
