faulty electric shower.

Hi My daughter has a "New Team" 8.5 kw shower, while using it the other day It made a loud noise as if something had tripped out inside the wall unit. The electrics are still on as there is a low pressure light that is on ,but there is no water coming through. It has stopped working before while being used but has always worked when left for a while but this time it won't.
Can anyone help on this matter? Thanks.

It could be anything, but due to the electrics involved, I suggest consulting an Eleccy :) Or the people you got the shower from
