Salisbury chinaware

I have inherited most of a very attractive tea set of Salisbury fine bone china, which I believe is probably Edwardian or thereabouts, Does anyone know where I can contact the manufacturer or whoever has taken over? All I can find on Google is individual cups & saucers etc. on Ebay - and not as attractive (in my view) as my set with royal blue and gold decoration on very white translucent china.
I'm not looking to sell, but would like some idea of its age and if it is valuable. Any info gratefully received.

The Salisbury company were producing between 1927 and 1961 when,I believe, the factory closed and was taken over by Thomas Poole. There should be a stamp on the base which would show the age. There were at least 6 marks used by Salisbury.

Thank you, gerdy. It seems Thomas Poole & Gladstone Chinaware changed hands five times between 1949 and 1992, when it was finally pushed into receivership by debt. So says a financial advice page from The Scotsman I found referenced in Jeeves. What was left was taken over by Royal Stafford Tableware. I've e-mailed them, so we'll see if they have any records and are willing to look them up for me.
