Steam Cleaner

I've bought a Domotec DHH00004 hand held steam cleaner which I thought would be foolproof but of course, get it home and I can't make it work! Anyone any suggestions? I have filled the reservoir with water, the lights come on and the thing gets hot but when I squeeze the trigger - nothing except thenoise of the pump/motor!

If you bought it new, take it back to the shop where you bought it. Iv'e had problems with these also, & found that blowing down the reservoir water pipe sometimes unblocks it, & they work OK. - BUT- the Steam -Generator elements do burn out, sometimes a week or two having purchased the thing !!
