...left a bycicle outside my house. Its leaning against my front garden wall and has been there since yesterday morning. Anyone got any ideas on what to do with it other than running over it with my car a 100 times?

is it just sitting there? do you think perhaps it may have been stolen and abandoned?

Id say give your local police station a quick call and tell them about it.

Hi red, yes its just sitting there. It looks like it has been abandoned.

Where I live I don't think the police would give 2 hoots about it. I think I'm going to contact the council and tell them to get it removed. They'll probably tell me they can't do anything about it either though.

call the police, you may say they dont give 2 hoots but give them a chance to reunite it with its owner if it has been stolen.

Imagine if you had your car stolen or something and it was abandoned elsewhere. Would you like to find out that the people near it had reported it or just left it there to be smashed up and set alight or something?

Some random person left one in our garden and then an even more random parson came and knocked on the door asking if they could have it.
My mum said yes � the bike they left was a horrid rusty thing though so she was surprised that someone wanted it but it saved her call to the council!!
