Cheeky's is similar to mine, pingu.
When we lived in a flat, we had no gas, just electric, and extremely inefficient "storage" heaters (i think they stored cold!). We paid about 35/month for electric.
Water was 10ish a month, not metered.
TV about 12 a month.
Landline phone 10ish a month, depending on calls etc.
Internet 15ish a month. These are luxuries I suppose, so wouldn't be necessary.
Council Tax 65ish/month. That's probably your biggest consideration, and can get you into trouble if not paid.
If you get a good landlord who's bothered to put in decent appliances, then electric/gas might be a little less because your home will be more energy efficient.
I like to have a card meter for the electric, as you can see what you spend, and it contributes to your considerations about using less energy.
Hope you are happy whatever you decide :) x
