where is the best place to buy them ? I am fed up with ruining my kitchen scissors cutting chicken, tried Debenhams yesterday-- dont stock, what about Lakeland ? any ideas pls ?

Have you ever tried using a Chinese chopper or a clever?
Good idea Figure - but you can't use those to get down inside a chicken and cut away all the stringy horrible bits can you?
As you know Icey I don't eat that stuff but I prepare it often for folks. I've never used a pair of scissors for such a task. I think I wouldn't know how or where to begin with a shears for doing that. I guess when one is used to something .....

many thks Dee, will try online.
Try one of the larger Tescos. They have 'take-apart' scissors where the blades can be separated for cleaning. Inexpensive, and just the thing for chicken.
Try Pampered Chef, they do Kitchen Shears - either look at their website for your local agent or look on amazon or ebay maybe
