The frogs and toads should be fine but you are likely to loose some of the spawn as the fish eat it.
Frogs & toads are natural in a pond. I read if you build a pond don't go and get some frogs & toads because they come to you. From where I don't know but they can find water apparently.

In fact I found a small newt in a bowl of water in my garden last year. It is just a bowl I leave under the drain pipe to collect water for the water bin.
They'll be fine. However, over amorous male frogs who can't find a mate will often grab hold of the nearest thing...and sometimes that's a fish.
